Status Monitor
This site enables you to monitor critical infrastructure services: on the right you will see a real time status display of all our most critical servers.  As soon as an outage is detected, an operator is notified by email and SMS immediately and automatically.  In the event of an outage lasting more than a few minutes, this site will be updated with status / progress information.

We include a SAIX (Telkom) newsfeed in the status section to report on the state of the Telkom network as well as internet-wide traffic monitor and current virus infection rates.

Help - Frequently Asked Questions
On the left you will see links to the most often asked support questions.  Provided all the servers are online (as per the status monitor) the help information will empower you to resolve most problems yourself.  Extensive online help is also available here...
